We are looking for teachers to join teaching positions all over south east London for the summer term and beyond.


    As an SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students with special educational needs.

    Working closely with a team of SEN professionals, you will plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of each student.

    Your role will involve assessing students' abilities, identifying their strengths and areas for development, and adapting teaching strategies to ensure their progress and success.

    You will also collaborate with other professionals, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, to create holistic and inclusive learning experiences for all students.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with special educational needs
    Assess students' abilities and progress, and use this information to inform planning and teaching practices
    Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued, respected, and supported
    Collaborate with other professionals, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, to develop and implement individualized support plans for students
    Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and other stakeholders
    Stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN education and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledgeRequirements:

    Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
    Experience working with students with special educational needs is preferred but not essential
    Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and best practices
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
    Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other professionals
    Willingness to undergo training and development as requiredInterested?
