About Us:

Are you passionate about education and looking for a dynamic role in a secondary school environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a Secondary School we are working with in Lambeth.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of students in a supportive and engaging educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensure a positive and productive learning environment for students.
Implement preprepared lesson plans and activities.
Manage student behaviour in line with the school's policies.
Provide support to students with their learning and development.
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity in the learning process.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and engage with students effectively.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
