Description
As the People Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a highly engaging employee experience covering all aspects of the employment life cycle.
Managing the full breadth of HR activities, you'll endeavour to ensure alignment of processesand systems in multiple locations as well as accommodating local country specialism and manage systems to ensure accuracy, compliance and data integrity.
The more detailed remit will be:
- Collaborate with Director, Global HR Operations to define and deliver the Employee Experience proposition.
- Developing, integrating and embedding new ways of working, ensuring robust and efficient processes and procedures.
- Align the provision of HR administration and operations support across the organisation creating a centre of excellence.
- Directly line manage the People Operations specialists, coaching and developing them to deliver high standards of service to our stakeholders across the business
- Support local HRBP's in the delivery of HR calendar events such as: Pay and Bonus Review and Performance Development Reviews
- Oversee the daytoday delivery of all HR administration and operational activities
- Utilise insights from data to create plans that improve the service offering ensuring guidance is pragmatic, commercial and reflects the business requirements.
- Take the lead on any specific projects as directed by Director, Global HR Operations e.g., HR Process Mapping and policy statements
- Take ownership for optimising all HR administration and operation processes, continuously seeking ways to improve our service offering to our stakeholders across the business
- Support M&A, Compensation and benefit analysis and as required knowledge management.
