The Opportunity:

With our company going through exponential growth throughout 2024, we are looking to grow our Operational Change function to help deliver our Change Plan.

As such, we are looking for a Business Readiness Specialist to look after the engagement and preparation of operational departments (Voice, Back Office and Complaints) to accept changes and maintain service levels.

You would be responsible for ensuring the facts and details are correct so that the project deliverables meet the needs of stakeholders, legislation, policies, standards and best practices to enable good outcomes for customers.

You'll be:

Developing project aims and scope to work as a Subject Matter Expert in tandem with Business Analysts and Project/Programme Managers.
Managing the delivery documentation including Action Logs, Timelines and Risk Management.
Designing communication and training materials from an agent's perspective to support the adoption of change.
Ensuring any changes that are being delivered create good customer outcomes.
A good understanding of financial services operations and systems.
Some knowledge of project management or delivery.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
An ability to organise your workload based on prioritisation and adapt change in your priority.
Strong skills with Microsoft Office.
