Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Design and Implementation:

1. Lead the design of large-scale ServiceNow applications to deliver valuable technical solutions.

2. Manage the integration of ServiceNow with other platforms to ensure smooth data flow and system performance.

3. Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and design documents.

• Platform Enhancement and Management:

1. Assess new features in each ServiceNow release for their relevance to our setup.

2. Handle upgrade processes and introduce new functionalities to improve user experience.

3. Enhance ServiceNow capabilities continuously and suggest integrations with other tools as required.

• Governance and Best Practices:

1. Offer strategic advice on technical best practices and industry trends.

2. Establish and oversee architecture governance procedures to align the architectural strategy with business goals.

3. Maintain focus on ITIL processes and ServiceNow solutions.

• Team Collaboration and Leadership:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and clients, providing expert guidance and mentoring junior staff.

2. Contribute to Design Authority meetings for the review and approval of technical solutions.

3. Engage in process flow analysis and redesign in coordination with Project Managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, especially in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation.
• Visionary in ServiceNow architecture, capable of blending ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation into a work of art.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – advantageous.
