    The University of Manchester and Walgreens Boots Alliance (No7 Beauty Company/Boots) are engaged in a multi-million pound collaborative research programme aimed at understanding the complex mechanisms which underlie both skin ageing and the maintenance of skin health. Within this programme the laboratory of Prof. Mike Sherratt focusses on peptide mediated skin repair and proteomic characterization and the laboratory of Prof. Silvia Bulfone-Paus on skin immunology.

    As part of this research programme, we are seeking a Technician to work in both laboratories (50:50 time split). The successful applicant will work with postdoctoral research associates and PhD students on projects which combine fundamental research with exciting opportunities in translational research.
