Description

Our client based in Portsmouth is currently looking for a plasterer / multi to carryout works / re-active maintenance within social housing / new builds across Portsmouth, Chichester, Romsey, Winchester.

You may also be asked to travel to Basingstoke, Reading area, fuel will be supplemented if working out of area.

The work will also include other multi tasks listed below under the Plastering sector.
You must be experienced, have own tools and van. Plastering Labourer - to include removing/taking down tiles/plasterboard ceiling and prep work.
Solid plastering - patching and skimming walls
Solid plastering - exterior finishes to include pebbledash, tyrolene and flat rendering
Dry lining walls and ceilings
Level 2 NVQ / Time Served
Own Van and Power Tools (essential)
Smart Phone with Camera (essential)
Happy to work/travel between Portsmouth and Basingstoke (essential)
Working at Heights Training (preferred)
