    Launched in 2016 and on a mission to create the most delicious gluten-free Italian food in the world. We already have innovative ranges across chilled, frozen, and ambient both in and out of home, and this is only the beginning

    We are expanding the team across both our Oxford site, where our bakery is based, and our London office, where alot of the commercial team spend their day-to-day.

    On top of this, we are upgrading our production line, which will give us a bigger and better product, alongside a more efficient process.

    This leadership position requires a strong and diverse knowledge of the food sector as well as a practical understanding of end-to-end supply chain.

    This is a pivotal role working alongside the CEO and as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Lead, develop and execute the operations business strategy within the company goals.
    • Oversee all operational activities, evaluating the company performance and reporting directly to the CEO.
    • Oversee all supply chain operations and their legal compliance within our endtoend supply chain, with our customers, suppliers, comanufactures, and logistics hauliers.
    • Own the budgeting, expenditure, reporting, and operating policies of the business.
    • Identify and deliver marginenhancing gains across our entire operation, from throughput to raw materials, labour, logistics, and overheads.
    • Lead the effective and efficient use of all capital investment projects and new machinery at our inhouse bakery.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the supply chain to improve and maintain our quality standards.
    • Lead, motivate, and grow a skilled team within a timesensitive and demanding environment. Direct line management of 2 team members, indirect management of
    • Member of the Senior Leadership Team, working collaboratively with Head of Commercial, Finance Director, and Chief Innovative Officer.

    Job Requirements
    Experience in P&L management and +10 years across operations.

    Proven experience in a Head of Operations role, preferably within a manufacturing business in the food sector, leading and managing teams.

    Strong understanding and experience of end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing KPIs and operational management.
    Strong problem-solving analysis, judgment, and decision-making skills.
    Excellent Excel skills and IT skills.
