Experience in P&L management and +10 years across operations.
Proven experience in a Head of Operations role, preferably within a manufacturing business in the food sector, leading and managing teams.
Strong understanding and experience of end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing KPIs and operational management.Strong problem-solving analysis, judgment, and decision-making skills.
Excellent Excel skills and IT skills.
