A brilliant opportunity has arisen with a well-established independent lettings agency who pride themselves on providing a personalised service to their landlords and tenants.

Now due to continued growth we are looking for a lettings negotiator join theteam in Henleaze, Bristol.


Lettings Negotiator Duties:

  • Registering new applicants onto the company database
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating move in dates
  • Providing landlord feedback
  • Diary management

Lettings Negotiator Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Highly organized
- drivers license


Lettings Negotiator Package:
- £20,000 - £22,000 OTE £28,000

  • 22 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • ARLA Funded qualifications
  • Use of company pool cars
  • Extra day off on your birthday
