    Our global service team is looking for a Service Analyst to join our Entrance Control team to drive service-related development initiatives and analytics. Position location in UK / Finland / Sweden, hybrid working possible. This position is reporting directly to VP, Recurring revenue and customer service.

    This person will possess strong communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills and will be a key member of the service organization.

    What you will do:

    • Service development: Drive service-related development initiatives with the VP, Recurring revenue and customer service as well as our local service leads in the countries
    • Project management: Support in cascading the GEC Service excellence model and our country service teams' in execution of their local service plans
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for service growth. Analyze competitor services and market positioning
    • Internal analysis: Support decision-making by preparing e.g. analysis of current installed base and customers as well as pricing, together with our functional experts

    What do you need?

    • Passion to work in a start-up like environment where your ideas get heard and moving fast forward is possible - but often also dependent on your drive, perseverance and collaboration skills to progress agreed on priorities
    • Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment - sometimes without pre-set guidelines, but always with the support of the manager and other team members.
    • Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving - previous experience from business development, analysis within an industrial company or management consulting is a plus
    • Ability to communicate passionately, collaborate and rally others around you
    • Interest in technology and passion for the built world
