Apprentice Grade -Salary £11,263.00 per annum (2 Year Fixed Term Contract) To support the attendance team with business administration and issuing of penalty notices.

Penalty Notice Administrator**The Admissions, Attendance & Inclusions service require additional personnel to support the statutory, legal, penalty notice and court processes as schools resume from COVID.


This unique opportunity will provide an apprentice with the skills, knowledge and experience to be able to progress where skills learnt, will prove imperative in supporting the Local Authority Court functions.


The post holder will be responsible for various administrative duties and will provide support for the Admissions, Attendance & Inclusions Team to ensure the Local Authority adheres to the statutory processes in line with government legislation.

The post holder will have the opportunity to attend court hearings on behalf of the Local Authority.

The apprentice will be provided with a full induction and ample time off to study their course.

The line manager will support any practical activities along with signing of their witness testimonies to confirm the level of task, quality and competency.

They will also be provided with 1-1 supervision and team meetings to support on-going developments.
