Are you immediately available for work in the Warrington area?
We are currently recruiting for a growing business based in the Warrington WA4 area. This position will be Customer Service based, working in a vibrant and dynamic call centre. This role offers set hours Monday to Friday either 8AM - 5PM or 9AM - 6PM with nolate nights and no weekends

Along with excellent working hours and flexible start dates, this position comes with the opportunity to secure permanent work after 3 months and to be part of a successful, growing business.

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?

Working to provide an excellent service to car owners and Insurance Companies
Taking details relating to car accidents and repairs
Booking in repair jobs for the vehicles in one of 20 repair centres in the UK
Providing updates to customers on the progress of the work
Updating internal systems to reflect on call outcomes

What will you need to be successful as a Customer Service Advisor?

Previous customer service experience would be beneficial
Experience working in a call centre would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Hard working with a strong work ethic
Professional attitude
Able to work hard and get the job done but know how to have fun whilst doing it

What will you get in return as a Customer Service Advisor?

Set hours
Monday to Friday 8AM 5PM or 9AM 6PM
Easily accessible via public transport
Free Parking onsite
Hourly rate of GBP11ph
Weekly Pay
Holiday accrual whilst you work (up to 28 days)
Permanent Opportunities after 3 month period
Full training will be given
