Join our temp team as an Executive Assistant at a Leading UK University
Are you ready to step into a dynamic role that combines administrative expertise with impactful support? We're thrilled to announce an opportunity for two Executive Assistants to excel in high-profile positions at a prestigious UK university.
As an integral part of the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the departments and contributing to the university's success.
Responsibilities:
- Event and
Meeting Coordination:
Organize high-level events and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and documentation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for review, maintaining accurate records.
- Budget and
Expenditure Monitoring:
Support budget preparation, forecasting, and management.
- Travel and
Facilities Management:
Make travel arrangements and handle facilities-related issues for the supported department(s).
- Meeting Organization: Schedule and facilitate meetings, providing secretariat support and recording decisions and actions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively as part of a small team of specialist Executive Assistants, contributing to continuous service improvement.
Person specification:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage complex calendars and priorities.
- Knowledge of event coordination and facilities management.
- Familiarity with budget tracking and reporting.
- Capacity to work collaboratively and independently as needed.
