Job Description
Fawkes and Reece are currently looking for a Technical Coordinator to work on RC, traditional and timber frame schemes for a UK leading Housing Developer working within a new Investment Partnership.
The Role
You will be reporting to a Senior Technical Coordinator - working with three small sites under one contract including an RC frame project with 24 apartments ground floor shell and core commercial space, 10 traditional build houses and a traditional build site consisting of 5 houses and 5 apartments.
