    Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for property data management? West Berkshire Council is seeking a Property Data Coordinator to join our Finance and Property Service, reporting to the Service Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient and effective management of our property portfolio.

    As the Property Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date property data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the property database, inputting and updating information as required
  • Conducting regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Assisting with the production of property reports and analysis
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather and verify data
  • Supporting the wider Finance and Property Service with administrative tasks as needed
  • To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, including databases and Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well within a team
