Employment package:
Competitive Depending on the experience + Enhancements depending on the shifts.

Full Time 37.5 hrs/week Day or Night Shifts available - 21:00 - 07:00

The Impact you will have:

We have an exception role for you, in the position of
_Sterile Services Supervisor/Team Leader_, **you will be responsible for Providing sterile instruments/supplies to theatres and departments within the hospital, assist with decontamination process of reusable medical devices.

As a
_Sterile Services Supervisor/Team Leader_ you will understand the Infection Control requirements in relation to patient care and medical devices.

As well as you will understand the relevant hospital policies and procedures.

Duties are not limited to;

5+ years of experience either Senior Sterile Technician or relevant experience
To assist in the management of the Sterile Service Department
To assist in maintaining the following accreditation certificates
Ensure all decontamination equipment is maintained and used in accordance with national guidelines
Liaising with theatre staff and consultants with regard to the procurement of equipment
Assist in the management of the department and staff costs in line with the budget
Provide advice to customers on best practices in relation to the decontamination process
To deputize for the manager as required and to take charge of operational
