**Treasury Finance Manager
Warwick/Hybrid

3 months temp-perm**Our client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor owned Energy companies in the world.

They play a vital role in delivering gas and electricity to many millions of people across Great Britain and North-Eastern USin an efficient, reliable and safe manner.


What you'll be doing

  • Support the funding of the company in the debt capital markets
  • Support in the maintenance of Debt Covenant Compliance
  • Contribute to the creation of optimal debt strategy
  • Preparation of long term cashflows and covenant forecasts
  • Preparation of presentations for lenders and rating agencies
  • Monitoring and maintenance of credit ratings position and forecasts
  • Preparation of ad hoc debt performance reports
  • Support stakeholders on debt interest and principal payments

What you'll bring

  • AMCT or ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • Regulatory environment experience preferred
  • Previous experience within a Treasury function, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Experience of EMTN, USPP and Bank Loans/Facility financings
  • Ability to work well in a team but also be able to deliver objectives without requiring significant support

What else do you need to know?
This is an initial 3 month contract, with scope to become permanent depending on performance.
