This role offers:

The role will include:
- Managing the purchase order system and ensuring this is ran smoothly
- Ensuring correct validation and approval is gained before processing purchase order documents through Sage 50
- Matching paperwork when invoices are received and ensuring prices and amounts are correct
- Coding the relevant documents to correct cost coding
- Assisting in the stock controls for inventory
- Organising equipment hire for various sites
- Following a new supplier process and setting up suppliers through Sage 50
- Ensuring purchase accounts are kept accurately and up to date
- Assisting with any needed changes to the purchase system, for example: streamlining or modernisation
- Sage 50 experience
- Knowledge of nominal codes
- AAT level 2 qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
