About Our Client:

A global entertainment brand that is across 10 countries.

The key responsibilities for the CRM Executive will be the following:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Closely collaborating with the marketing team to define target audience, campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement, monitor and analyse campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to optimise marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for end to end setup and execution of CRM campaigns as per the campaign plan.
  • To manage sign off process with all key stakeholders for all projects.
  • Managing costs on each campaign.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience in digital marketing and customer relationship management, preferably in retail/entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • A good understanding with CRM systems and managing customer databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with web analytics tools.
  • Selfmotivated individual.

What's on Offer:
