Are you familiar with CRM systems and comfortable managing customer databases?

About Our Client:

A global entertainment brand that is across 10 countries.

The key responsibilities for the CRM Executive will be the following:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Closely collaborating with the marketing team to define target audience, campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Implement, monitor and analyse campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to optimise marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Responsible for end to end setup and execution of CRM campaigns as per the campaign plan.
To manage sign off process with all key stakeholders for all projects.
Managing costs on each campaign.

The Successful Applicant:

Experience in digital marketing and customer relationship management, preferably in retail/entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
A good understanding with CRM systems and managing customer databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Creative mindset.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with web analytics tools.
Selfmotivated individual.
