    Technical Support (IT) Manager – Exciting Opportunity at Product Focus

    We're on the lookout for a Technical Support (IT) Manager to join our nimble and dedicated team. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless support for our business operations.

    Proactively manage our IT systems, ensuring they are optimized and streamlined for efficiency.
    Play a key role in system configuration, software application setup, and hardware procurement.
    Oversee network maintenance, application access, and software licensing.
    Provide stellar support to staff via phone/chat or remote desktop, assisting with system setups and troubleshooting.
    Facilitate the rollout of new applications, and manage IT equipment, website liaisons, and online tools effectively.

    Administer software licenses and support for key packages (Microsoft, Adobe, Google apps, etc.).
    Manage IT spending and liaise with the finance team on invoicing.
    Offer technical support across a broad range of software, prioritizing remote assistance.
    Procure, configure, and maintain IT equipment and manage our website hosting relations.
    Oversee network management, security, and compliance, ensuring data protection and access control.
    At least 5 years in technical support roles, with proven IT management expertise, ideally in education/training contexts.
    Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and a broad array of IT tools.
    Experience in managing 3rd-party website developers, data protection, and cybersecurity practices.
    IT-related degree or certifications, experience with CRM tools

    Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK and maintain a reliable internet connection for remote work.


    Competitive salary (£35k–£45k, based on experience and skills).
    ~25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays.
    ~ Company Pension (3% employer contribution).
    ~ Flexible remote working arrangement, with occasional in-office work in Cirencester.
