We have an exciting opportunity to join our brilliant team in our Vertu Volkswagen Hereford Renewals Hub as a Renewals Advisor on aperemenant contract. This is one of the most critical roles in the Division and we are looking for a dedicated individual looking for a new challenge to join this expanding team.
We are offering a competitive basic salary and an OTE up to £32,000 plus a range of company benefits
For this role, you will be responsible for pro-actively contacting our existing customers by phone, video call, email, SMS or letter, to encourage them to visit our dealerships to renew their vehicle and booking appointments for them at the relevant Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT and SKODA dealer. The Renewals Advisor role is key to the company's finance renewal process and ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations with respect to replacing their car, and following up the outcome of the renewals activity. This is a full-time role where you will be working Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Retail Car Sales or Telesales.
