    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and dynamic Resourcing Associate to join our team in London.

    As a Resourcing Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective deployment of our consultants to client projects, managing resource utilisation across our portfolio, and supporting the overall delivery of exceptional service to our Clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate consultants to client projects based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements to maximise productivity and profitability.
    • Capacity Planning: Work closely with our internal Delivery Management Office (DMO) to forecast resource demand and plan for future staffing needs, ensuring optimal resource utilisation across the organisation.
    • Talent Management: Develop and maintain our practitioner framework, understanding their key skills and availability.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Clients to understand project requirements, develop strong relationships, and ensure alignment with wider business objectives
    • Recruitment Support: Partner with wider team to support the onboarding process for new consultants, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into project teams.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine resourcing processes and tools to drive efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance the overall resourcing function's effectiveness.
    • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to resourcing and workforce management, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • An interest in resource management, workforce planning, or consulting operations within a fast-paced environment, preferably within the consulting industry.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (experience with resourcing or workforce management software is desirable but not essential)
