Recruiting for a growing business in the professional services arena who are looking to welcome a talent acquisition professional to join the firm in a newly created role.

Visible across the firm, you could be either comfortable in a stand alone role looking for ownership in this area or perhaps you feel it is the right time to make that step up putting all that acquired experience to the test

Reporting to the Managing Partner, the role will be centred around all things resource planning, sourcing, selection, appointment and retention - I suppose everything you'd expect


The firm has a number of offices based around Sussex which will require an element of face time with the partners but this also gives some flexibility where you could be based.

But most likely you'll spend the majority of your time in Brighton.
