About Our Client:
Our client is a large, reputable organisation within the Public Health care industry, operating within the bustling city of London.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Monitor and maintain customer account details for nonpayments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Resolve customer discrepancies and short payments.
- Conduct credit checks on all customers, establish and manage limits.
- Make recommendations to improve the quality of invoicing and collection procedures.
- Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- High proficiency in MS Office, databases and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
