    Job summary

    We are looking for a friendly experienced GP Receptionist to join our team. EMIS Web experience is essential as well as forming part of a reception rota. We are located in North Hackney next to Manor House London Underground tube station and Harringey Green Lanes London Overground train station.

    This is a full time position and hours will work on a rota basisfrom am - pm.

    Main duties of the job

    Your role will is to help patients navigate primary care system and provide an excellent patient experience. Main priorities include but not limited to meeting and greeting and welcoming staff, patients and visitors, document handling such as registrations and deductions, organising internal appointments and external appointments and helping with repeat prescriptions.

Patient triage is not used at Cedar however the team will strive to ensure patient care is prioritised.

  • GCSE grade A - C in English and Maths or equivalent
