Job Description

As the new AVP of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a key role in driving business excellence.
Working closely with data and analyses, you will lead initiatives to enhance processes, drive commercial strategies, and ensure goal attainment.
You will be responsible for accurate month-end FP&A processes, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to share insights and shape future strategies.
By conducting detailed analysis of financial and non-financial data, you will derive actionable insights to support the teams effectively.
Developing sophisticated forecasting models and tools for scenario testing will be a core part of your responsibilities, along with presenting your findings in finance team meetings regularly.
As a catalyst for change, you will contribute to revenue and profit growth by enhancing financial reporting capabilities and collaborating with Business Intelligence to elevate reporting standards.

Qualifications

As a qualified accountant with a background in financial planning or commercial finance, you bring a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Your proficiency in advanced excel and financial modelling ensures accurate data analysis and presentation for stakeholders at all levels.
In addition to technical skills, your strong communication, organizational abilities, and commitment to accuracy foster positive relationships within the team and leadership.
You are adept at using data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for business decisions, thriving in a dynamic environment where you can leverage your expertise to drive results.
