Catering Assistant
You will be joining a team of 10 to help run the Cafe at our Donington Circuit site.Part-time hours, based around full-time hours of 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday pm Sunday.
Responsibilities:You will be responsible for assisting with all catering and front-of-house operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer service. Being prepared for busy days, possibly during peak seasons, race days, & weekends. Efficient workflow, speed, and customer satisfaction are key.Being willing to study Food Hygiene certifications is essential to ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations.Creating a positive and memorable experience for customers. This involves not only the quality of the food but also the overall dining environment, cleanliness, and customer service.Ensuring that all food safety and health regulations are followed is paramount.
