Overview:

As a Scrum Master at BIPROCSI, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile methodology within external client projects across diverse industries. You will play a crucial role in guiding project teams to deliver high-quality solutions while fostering a collaborative and adaptive work environment. This position requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a facilitator for our project delivery,including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project reporting and Asana board to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Coordinate resources and prepare project teams for kick-off, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are defined.
• Remove impediments and blockers to team progress, enabling continuous delivery and improvement.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Team, H/Os, the PM and stakeholders to prioritise backlog items and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within the project team.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, promoting a shared understanding of project goals and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and guide teams in implementing best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
