Are you an experienced HR professional with a focus on delivering real change within a fast paced and agile team?
We currently have an opportunity for a People Business Partner to join our team based in Bristol or Exeter. Joining us on a 6 month fixed term contract basis, you will receive an annual salary of £45,000 -£50,000 and excellent benefits. We can offer this role as an immediate start to the right candidate.
About the role
As People Business Partner, you will partner the leadership team, playing a key part as an integrated member of the management team, providing advice and guidance on people related issues and acting as an employee champion. You will also create effective relationships across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives, contributing to HR strategic projects as required. Supporting our Operations teams, you will work in partnership to set and deliver a people plan aligned with the people strategy and business objectives. You will also need to be flexible to travel to Exeter and Bristol.
