One of Exeter's most prestigious, modern, flexible and forward-thinking law firms are looking for an experienced Legal Support person to join their Private Wealth Disputes team.

This is a rapidly growing area within the firm and could provide an excitingopportunity for someone to be a part of a growth journey.

The role will make use of any previous legal administration and secretarial experience that you already have, while providing you with the opportunity to learn and develop further.

Responsibilities will include:


  • File management tasks to ensure full compliance with practices including, Lexcel, Code of Conduct, and antiMoney Laundering
  • Produce and amend precedent letters and Housestyle documents
  • Take responsibility for all travel and diary management and ensuring the fee earners have everything required for their meetings
  • Respond to queries from clients and other stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners, ensuring excellent and clear communication at all times

Skills and experience sought:


  • A proven track record of providing high quality administration preferably within a legal/professional services environment
  • Strong Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to deal with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity
