Do you thrive in a dynamic role, where you focus on the details to make the big picture happen?
We have the perfect job for you in our Civic Buildings and Facilities Management department, working alongside our small, friendly team of Building Surveyors, Energy Analysts, and Contracts Managers.
You will support in monitoring and auditing the maintenance function at the Centres, as well as delivering a programme of projects that will improve and extend the lifecycle of Council-owned building fabric and assets.
Have you got a maintenance background, and a strong interest in the Leisure and Fitness industry?
The ball is in your court You'll be required to use your own initiative in a fast-paced, live setting, often working away from other members of your team.
This newly created role will give you a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes at our Centres, while helping the Council and the Operator to continue their strong partnership in creating safe, welcoming spaces for a growing customer base.

This role includes close interaction with our 5 Health and Leisure Centres, and a Golf Centre, which are spread across the district.
