About Brigit's Bakery
Brigit's Bakery is specialised in Afternoon Tea with a French Twist. We are based in London in the United Kingdom.

We are pleased to welcome our customers to enjoy our Afternoon Tea either at our glamorous Tea Salons or on the move on our unique and hugely popular B Afternoon Tea Bus London Tour.

We are currently recruiting for Booking Agent to join our team.

He/she will report to our Office and Booking Manager and provide a professional service which meets our company standards.


As Booking agent you will:


  • Arrange Bus tours and Afternoon Tea experience
  • Response for event reservation and inform the operation department accordingly
  • Constantly advise customers with regards new products and offers
  • Identifies customer's needs to guide them towards the best product/service that will meet their requirements
  • Liaise with the booking and operation departments on daily basis
  • Be proactive in following up any reviews and ensure additional customer service will be provided
  • Any other reasonable duties requested by your line manager

Personal Requirements:


Essential:


  • Previous experience in a similar job
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
  • Be a Team player and flexible
  • Well organized and able to prioritise tasks
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Show a willingness to learn with a proactive attitude
  • Good timekeeping
  • Fluent in Written and Spoken english

Desirable:


  • Knowledge of any other languages


Our Booking team will work 5 days out of 7
including weekends and on shifts to ensure and deliver the best customer service.
