    Description
    The role of Scheme Manager will include:
  • Supporting residents by providing information to promote independence, good health and wellbeing
  • Completing mandatory compliance tasks along with health and safety checks
  • Reporting and monitoring repairs to conclusion, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by resolving problems and complaints
  • Providing administrative support, including maintaining accurate records in a timely manner
  • Skills and experiences:

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good practice and knowledge of Health & Safety / compliance
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills with previous experience of managing schemes
  • Proficient User of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • The full time equivalent salary for this role is £24,693 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £25,735 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
