Interim Project Financial Controller / Procurement Finance Business Partner

6-12 Months, circa £550 Per day outside IR35 based in the West Midlands with hybrid working

Reporting to the Finance Director you will work between Finance and Procurement to assess the impact of inflation across the business.

Initially you will partner with Procurement and relevant stakeholders to review previous years then create a forecast model to incorporate likely inflation across site costs, labour, packaging, logistics, drivers, materials, energy etc.

This informationwill give the procurement team a holistic picture to allow them to move forward with renewed clarity.

The next step will be to partner with procurement to create a robust process whereby they can review the impacts of predicted inflation themselves, then train and embed this.

The delivery of which will give finance the confidence that future forecastingis accurate and inclusive of market conditions.

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
Strong in Excel
Experience of working with Procurement to identify improvements
Demonstrable Finance Business Partnering skillset
Demonstrable experience of embedding new processes successfully
Highly analytical
Tenacious
