HRBP FTC - Immediate start
4 days office based - London

Our creative global client is seeking an ambitious HR Business Partner, reporting into the Head of People to assist in driving the HR strategy - you must have exceptional people skills and extensive HR experience within a creative commercial industry.

This will suit a highly driven commercially minded business partner who is happy to roll their sleeves up and work on a number of HR projects.

The role;
Develop and champion the employee value proposition to develop and retain talent.
Develop strategy and initiatives that support and deliver talent, diversity ,wellbeing, and resilience planning
Build strong professional relationships with employees across all levels of the business by providing first class HR support
Knowledge/Skills/Experience;
HR experience supporting a diverse client group in a fast paced environment
Experience within Tech & Product is desirable
Ability to coach individuals and influence at all levels
Team player who is seen as approachable and a positive role model
Exceptionally well organised and efficient
Immediately available - happy to work in the office 4 days a week is essential.
