    Perm, nr uckfield, east Sussex

    Working under the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for leading a new build development of 20 units on the South Coast.

    The company generally work on smaller traditional build sites. In return you will be rewarded with ongoing training and development.

    Interested applicants must be from a residential developer background, have been No2 on residential site for a number of years and have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS.
