    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Business and Sales Administrator to join our sales team based in Gloucester. In this role you will be the point of contact for both customers and suppliers as well as providing sales support for the sales team. We need someone who is hard-working with a great attention to detail to join our forever growing team.

    Package

    Basic Salary: £26,000-£30,000 dependant on experience
    GLoucester
    20 days holiday plus bank holidays

    Duties & Responsibilities of this role:

    -Answer incoming customer/supplier phone calls and/or emails.

    -Processing of customer quotes/orders/supplier orders.

    -Data Entry into Sage ERP / MS Excel / CRM.

    -Monitoring and recording of inventory.

    -Managing and coordinating the activities of the sales team.

    -Creating and reviewing of sales and purchasing reports.

    -Assist with general ad hoc duties to aid the smooth running of the department and business.

    -Participate in Teams calls and Face to Face meetings when required.

    -Communicate customer/supplier feedback throughout the team.

    -Accurately record and store meeting notes.

    -Liaise with in-house marketing team.

    Following skills required to fulfil this role:

    Exceptional organisational skills

    -Customer service experience.

    -Ability to work deadlines.

    -Sage 50 or Sage 200 knowledge preferable.

    -Full UK Driving Licence.

    -Based in Gloucester

    -Must have both Sales and Purchasing experience.
