    Join The Team Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Manager Wanted

    WeConference Group is currently seeking a talented Sponsorship Sales Manager to grow some of our industry-leading events, and also get involved in some exciting new projects. This is a full-time role based at our Welwyn Garden City Office, with a combination of European & North American working hours - depending on the event cycle. This is a big role, with a big salary, for a big personality.

Our events stand as some of the biggest and best globally within their respective markets, gathering industry leaders, sponsors, and exhibitors - representing the most innovative technology and solutions.

    This role will be within the highly successful WeAutomotive Group division (ev-), where you will be working at the forefront of mobility innovation. It is a booming sector, within which each of our existing sales team members achieves a six-figure take home.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct a thorough analysis of the vendor marketplace for each event and define commercial categories.
    • Drive sales of sponsorship and exhibitor packages across multiple events.
    • Undertake extensive research to identify new leads for each conference, engaging prospects on commercial opportunities.
    • Effectively manage and maintain sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts - doing loads of business

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Preferred, a minimum of two years of relevant B2B sponsorship/Expo sales experience, within a conference/exhibition business - but we are open to exceptional candidates with the right hunger, drive, and attitude.
    • Demonstrates a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets; preferable experience selling on launch (and repeat) events across diverse industry sectors.
    • Exhibits the ability to grasp new topics and industries rapidly, identify key sectors for sales engagement, and effectively engage prospects via cold calling and email.
    • Displays exceptional communication skills with a keen focus on interpersonal relationships, combined with strong sales planning and accurate forecasting abilities.
    • Is eligible to work in the UK and available to travel overseas to manage or canvas clients on-site.
