- Carry out the range of hand assembly & packaging duties required to the set packaging specifications.
- Produce products to the quality standards required & achieve set out-put rates.
- Apply best practice standards in all areas of H&S, quality produced, standard operating procedures (SOP's) & data recording
- Demonstrate good house keeping
- Ability to run manufacturing machines.
- Ensure PPE is maintained & used as prescribed
- Create & maintain accurate records relating to assembly / packaging out-puts & down time. Ensure all paperwork including start-up check sheets are completed daily
- Support & train other operators as required.
- Sharing experience, best practice, relaying all relevant knowledge & information with colleagues
- Any other duties as required by the Production Manager
- Experienced machine operator
- Good standard of written English & Math's
- Good communication skills
- Understand & use of measuring equipment - ruler, scales etc.
- Ambitious and candidate looking to develop
