- Support operations Manager in maintaining clear communication channels and efficient processes with Custodian Banks and Counterparties, ensuring timely responses to client requests.
- Respond promptly and comprehensively to client inquiries received directly, aiming for 100% client satisfaction and logging queries in internal tracking tools.
- Maintain accurate client data in the CRM platform, generate monthly management information, statistical analysis, and ad hoc reports.
- Assist Operations Manager in delivering monthly portfolio statements, providing information for client meetings, and creating client presentation packs.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements, cost reductions, and new revenue streams, presenting ideas to senior management.
- Document all processes owned by the Operations Team, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements.
- Support Operations Manager in project activities sponsored by senior management, as needed.
- Previous experience within a similar Operations role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in all MS Office packages including Excel
