    InterQuest are supporting a progressive and growing Financial Services institution who are looking for an Operations Analyst to join their team in London.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support operations Manager in maintaining clear communication channels and efficient processes with Custodian Banks and Counterparties, ensuring timely responses to client requests.
    • Respond promptly and comprehensively to client inquiries received directly, aiming for 100% client satisfaction and logging queries in internal tracking tools.
    • Maintain accurate client data in the CRM platform, generate monthly management information, statistical analysis, and ad hoc reports.
    • Assist Operations Manager in delivering monthly portfolio statements, providing information for client meetings, and creating client presentation packs.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements, cost reductions, and new revenue streams, presenting ideas to senior management.
    • Document all processes owned by the Operations Team, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements.
    • Support Operations Manager in project activities sponsored by senior management, as needed.

    Essential Skills:

    • Previous experience within a similar Operations role
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills
    • Proficient in all MS Office packages including Excel
