    £350-£400 per day (Outside IR35) dependent on experience. Immediate start, 6-12 months work available.

We are seeking a dedicated, freelance Construction Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic team.

    You'll be joining one of the UK's largest Datacentre projects as a freelance Construction Quality Assurance Officer, responsible for managing and updating the Project Quality Plan, completing on site Internal Quality Inspections / Audits as required by the ISO 9001, First Of A Kind, Progression, Benchmarking, Moment In Time, Inspection & Test Plans, Pre-Commissioning, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, NCR raising and close out, and Handover / Certification processes are successfully completed and documented on a busy datacentre. Ensuring the company quality contract deliverables are completed on time.

    Conduct site inspections, record observations, and report findings accurately. Attend progress meetings, offering professional insights and recommendations. Provide technical advice and support, promoting collaborative processes for project inspection and completion. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain information security. Respond promptly to technical and quality matters raised by stakeholders. Represent the company at all quality meetings. Support the environmental and safety functions as may be required.

    Assist the project team with achieving progressive assurance through coordinating the production, compilation, and submission of handover deliverables (documents, records, and data) concurrently with the programme activities. Track, monitor, and analyse data and trends related to the progress of handover deliverables and package completion certificates, in conjunction with the certification / handover schedule. Expedite documents / records / data by synchronising and facilitating the flow of information between the various stakeholders. Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout project delivery.

    Personal Attributes: You must be a hands-on team player, able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, be a quick leaner, able to deal with pressure environments and demanding clients. Good understanding of quality systems, construction (preferably in mission critical projects), prepared to roll sleeves up and get stuck in with a small, tight knit, hardworking, professional but fun team on site.

    Training will be given on systems and procedures and there will be remote support from HQ in Ireland.
