I am looking for a Workday Recruiting Consultant to join my client on a contract basis.

Contract Workday Recruiting Consultant (French-Speaking) - Remote

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in Workday Recruiting to provide remote consulting services to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruiting processes and requirements, offering tailored solutions within the Workday platform.
• Configure and customize Workday Recruiting modules to align with client needs, including job requisitions, candidate management, and onboarding.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices for optimizing their recruiting processes using Workday.
• Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of Workday Recruiting functionalities.
• Communicate effectively in French with clients to understand their recruiting challenges and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
• Offer insights and recommendations based on consulting experience to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Workday certified with expertise in Workday Recruiting.
• Proven experience working in a consulting capacity, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes and best practices.
• Ability to configure and customize Workday Recruiting modules to meet client requirements.
• Experience conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support to clients.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members remotely.
