- Develop and implement an improvement strategy focusing on manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, production, and quality assurance, to develop and implement new products or processes.
- Monitor and analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Microsoft AX (MRP) - Routing and technical data overview and ownership
- Ensure product manufacturing techniques and work instructions highlight and confirm customer and internal specifications
- Managing resources to meet production delivery targets and operational costs within budget
- Ensure all staff have clear individual and team objectives and these are regularly reviewed and performance managed
- Have a clear understanding of what the team are expected to deliver in line with the company's strategy and behaviour's
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skill
- Metrology in manufacturing background
- Excellent communicator
