Description

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that wards and departments have a continuous supply of goods in line with the Trusts materials control system.

This will include visiting the departments to an agreed schedule, undertaking stock inventory using Omnicell Intelligent Cabinets, Automatic Data Capture and other Materials Management systems.

Investigate discrepancies, problem solving, contacting suppliers and relaying information to Ward Managers. Undertake general administration duties including keeping up to date files and records
