    Are you looking for a long-term sales opportunity to kick-start your career, with no experience required and superb opportunity to develop your skills? Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company are a market leader within the beverages industry, owning a number of well known brands that are supplied into on-trade (bars, restaurants, clubs) and off trade (shops, supermarkets) across the country.

    As they continue their expansion across the UK, they're now working with BMS Performance to add entry level talent into multiple sales teams.

    Working as a Sales Development Executive, you will be selling into the on-trade market (licensed bars, restaurants, hotels & pubs) with the majority of your working week spent meeting clients face-to-face.

    This is an entry level role, with full training provided across a mix of classroom learning and on-the-job training with the existing sales team.

    Success in the role could see you move into an Account Management role within 12-24 months, as well as a variety of other potential directions within the business.

    This is an entry level role, meaning there is no pre-requisite for direct business-to-business sales experience.

    Not every day will be easy so an element of resilience will help, as well as an ambition to improve yourself & drive your career forward.

    University graduates would be considered for the role, as well as candidates that feel they have a transferable working background from previous positions (not exclusive to but such as; car sales, estate agency, customer service).
