I am hiring for a Risk Pricing Manager to join a leading motor insurance client in Bristol area (2 days per week in office) in the Risk Actuarial Pricing Team.

This role requires an experienced and inspirational leader who can guide a team of 10 and drive technical advancements in the pricing models.

As you will be leading change, strong technical skills are required: SAS / SQL / Radar / Emblem / Python / R

This role is based in the Great Bristol Area and requires someone who is happy to be in the office at least 2 days per week, given the managerial nature of the position.

Required Skills/Experience:

Ø Experience of motor insurance pricing

Ø Experience with the following or similar platforms – SAS / SQL / Radar / Emblem / Python / R

Ø Strong analytical knowledge and technical experience of modelling

Ø Ability to communicate technical output to variety of stakeholders

Ø Excellent stakeholder management skills

Ø Market knowledge and understanding

Ø Project management

Ø Understanding of insurance regulation

Ø Prior management experience

Ø Understanding of their customers' needs
