  • Provide financial and strategic support to senior management
  • Contribute to the development of financial forecasts and budgets
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Deliver financial reporting and analysis to inform decision making
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
  • Participate in the delivery of financial and business projects
  • Provide financial training and support to nonfinancial managers

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in finance or a related field
  • Expertise in working within a finance role within the public sector
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
