    My client is looking for 2 remote Executive Search Consultants to join their team


    Responsibilities:


    • Hiring senior and exec levels on retained search methodology for International Saas businesses.
    • Working independently on the entire search process to support clients.
    • Establishing long term relationships with candidates and having a commercial mindset to switch candidates over time to being clients for the team.
    • Supporting BD activities and goals of the team and engaging in switch to pitch conversations with all senior level candidates.

    Qualifications:


    • At least 2 years of experience working on senior or exec level roles in a 360 capacity.
    • Retained search or Contingent background.
    • Saas market experience is a bonus.
    • Enjoy working remotely with a strong teamwork focus.
    • Experience working on a mix of tech and go to market focused senior level roles.
