    Job Purpose:

    1) To provide support and assistance across clients to ensure that day-to-day handling and administrative requirements for particular clients are met.

    2) In addition, to provide: press and political monitoring; additional research capability (from desk-top research and third-party sources); and to assist in the drafting of advice notes.

    Key Tasks:

    General:


    • To assist with the delivery of specified tasks for assigned client accounts effectively; promoting trust and confidence in the relationship with the business


    • To help in the production of key account documents for Associate and Account Directors as required (advisory/briefing notes; media engagement outputs; briefing reports; speeches; and presentations);


    • To contribute to and initiate new ideas and fresh thinking on client communications strategies and tactics;


    • To draft written materials for clients as required (e.g. articles, speeches, op-eds, press releases);


    • To oversee and supervise junior members of the team (e.g. Interns) as required;
