Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fast growing company based in Leatherhead, who are a market leader within their industry, and due to expansion are looking for a new member of their Customer Engagement team.

This role will focus on developing and maintaining customer relationships, with specific responsibilities including:

Developing strong relationships with key customers
Meeting customers in person online and in person
Working with the Business Development team to support their activity
Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Accurate reporting of activities, meetings and calls

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need the following:

Strong experience in a customer focused role, e.g. Customer Service, Account Management, or Business Development
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to talk confidently and build relationships to Executive level
Strong communication skills
Proactive and selfmotivated

The company offer a salary of £30,000, with hybrid working, and a competitive benefits package including life insurance, medical insurance, pension and discounts on various products.
